  INGREDIENTS

  • Ripened Mango- 1 nos
  • Peanut Butter
  • Milk 
  • Sugar / Honey - As per the sweetness
  • Ice cubes
METHOD
  • You can take all ingredient measurement as per your choice.
  • Blend all the above listed ingredients
  • Garnish it using any dry nut of your choice I took cashew nut and pistachio.
Tip: You can avoid adding sugar if you need a healthy drink.




INGREDIENTS:
  • Orange - 1 nos
  • Lemon - 1/2 
  • Kaskas/Basil Seeds - 1tsp
  • Sugar / Honey - As per the sweetness









  • Instant coffee powder -2 tbsp
  • Fine sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Hot Water - 2 tbsp
METHOD

  • Using hand beater or whisk blend all the ingredients till it become creamy and fluffy texture.
  • Take hot milk or cold milk and add coffee mix on top.
Tip: You can store the coffee mix in refrigerator and use it when needed.
We should use instant coffee powder.


Ingredients:
  • Apple - 1 nos
  • Dates - 3-4 nos (Slice it thin)
  • Cashew - 3 nos
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar / Honey - As per the sweetness
Preparation :
  • Take a blender and smash the apple.
  • Then add dates and into it and blend it again.
  • Add milk, cashew and sugar/honey and whip it, our shake is ready.
  • If you want shake to be chill you can add ice cubes into it.

SULAIMANI / MASALA BLACK TEA


Ingredients:

  • Water - 2 cups
  • Black Tea Powder - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom - 1 (crushed)
  • Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
You can add Clove ( 1 nos) and cinnamon (a very small piece )if you like.

Method:
  • Take a bowl and add water, crushed ginger, sugar, cardamom. Boil the water.
  • When the boil starts boiling add tea powder.Let the water boils nicely.
  • Add lemon juice and switch off the flame.Close it for 1 minute.
  • Filter and drink :) .

Ingredients:
  • Milk - 2 cups (Frozen the milk)
  • Small Banana - 3 nos (Kadhalipazham is the best)
  • Cashew Nut - 8-10 nos
  • Boost / Bournvita - 2 tbsp (If you do not like the chochlaty taste you can add less)
  • Sugar - As per the taste required
Preparation:
  • We have to crush the frozen milk in a blender , since it will be very hard we have to slightly crush the frozen milk before putting inside the blender.
  • Add the frozen crushed milk, banana, cashew nut , boost and sugar into the blender.
  • Grind it till cashew nut and banana get nicely mixed up along with the milk and other ingredients.
  • Tasty Sharja shake is ready.Make sure you take frozen milk else sharja shake will be watery.If its frozen it will be thick.

  • Avocado- 1
  • Dates - 3-4 nos (or as per you need)
  • Milk - 1.5 cup
  • Honey - as per sweetness
Preparation:
  • Take a blender and add avocado, dates and little milk.
  • Blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Add remaining milk along with honey according to sweetness required.
You can also add sugar instead of honey.

  • Oats- 3tbsp
  • Dates - 2-3 nos (or as per you need)
  • Apple-1
  • Milk - 1.5 cup
  • Honey - as per sweetness
  • Boost/Bournvita- 1tbsp (option)
Preparation:
  • Soak oats with 1 cup of milk for 15 mins
  • Take a blender and add apple, dates,oats along with milk.
  • Blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Add remaining milk along with honey according to sweetness required.
  • You can add Boost/Bournvita for having a chocolate flavor
You can also add sugar instead of honey.
