CHOCOLATE CAKE
 
 
Ingredients

For Chocolate cake:

  • Condensed Milk/Milkmaid - 1 cup
  •  Unsalted Butter - 3/4 cup (keep in room temperature)
  • Maida/All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
  • Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Warm Milk - 3/4 cup (add more if required)         
For Chocolate Frosting :

  • Powdered Sugar : 2 2/3 cup
  • Cocoa Powder sifted - 2/3 cup
  • Full Fat Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Melted Butter - 1/2 cup                                         

Preparation:  

  • Take a large mixing bowl and add condensed milk and butter.
  • Beat using hand mixer/stand mixer till the mixture turns smooth and fluffy
  • Take another bowl and sieve maida, cocoa powder,baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the flour mixture into the condensed milk and butter mix little by little.Fold it gently in one direction.
  • Add vinegar, vanilla extract and warm milk.
  • Mix gently to attain smooth dropping consistency.
  • Preheat the oven
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mold.
  • Bake the cake at 180C for 25-30 min.After 25-30 min take out the cake and insert toothpick into it and it should come out clear.
  • Cool down the cake completely.
For making the chocolate frosting:
  • Take a bowl add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter at room temperature, milk, vanilla essence.
  • Mix everything well and beat it using hand mixer till it become smooth and creamy texture.
  • Once the cake is cooled down pour the chocolate cream on top of it and level it.
  • Decorate the cake as per your wish and serve the yummy chocolate cake.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour/Maida - 1.5 cup
  • Powder Sugar - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1 nos (Beat it nicely)
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Coco Powder -1/4 cup
  • Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg Powder - 2 pinch
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Preparation
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, 1 cup powder sugar, 1/4 cup coco powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 pinch nutmeg powder, 1 pinch salt.Mix everything
  • Into the flour mix add the beaten egg,Vegetable oil, 3/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp vanilla essence.Mix everything.
  • Take a microwavable baking pan , apply little veg oil on the bottom and keep butter paper on top of it.Pour the cake batter into it.
  • Tap the baking pan so that air inside the batter will go out.
  • Keep the pan inside the microwave and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  • After 7-8 min insert a toothpick on the side of cake and middle and see whether it is coming out clearly.
  • If toothpick is not coming out clearly you can bake for another 3-4 mins.
  • Once cooled remove the cake from the baking pan and serve it :).

BANANA CAKE


Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
  • Banana (Ripened) - 2 nos (If big(Robusta) , if its small then 3 nos)
  • Egg - 2 nos
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Butter (Melted) - 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Vanila Essence - 1  tbsp
Preparation:
  • Smash the ripened banana with hand.
  • Take a bowl and add sugar, eggs and the melted butter. Beat it with hand mixer and make into a smooth cream.
  • Add the smashed banana into it and beat it again.Beat it nicely so that it will become a foam.
  • Sieve All purpose flour and baking powder.Add the flour little by little into the beated batter till the all purpose flour get mix nicely.
  • Add 1 tbsp of vanila essence and mix the entire batter.
  • Pre heat the oven for about 10 mins.
  • Pour the batter into a cake pan coated with butter /ghee.Bake it at 180C for 40 mins.

CARROT CAKE


Ingredients:

  • All Purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Carrot Shredded - 1 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup + 2tbsp (do not use coconut oil)
  • Spice Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Cinnamn Powder 1/4 tsp + Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp)
  • Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Cashew Nut and Dry Grapes
Preparation:
  • Sieve all purpose flour along with baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add the spice powder, cashew nut, dry grapes and a pinch of salt.Mix everything.
  • Take another bowl add egg and powdered sugar. Beat it using hand mixer till a nice form appear.
  • Add the shredded carrot into it and again mix it using the hand mixer.
  • Add the vegetable oil into it and mix it using a spatula.
  • Add the flour little by little and mix it along with the beated mix.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix everything.
  • Take a baking pan.keep butter paper at the bottom and just apply vegetable oil on it and along its side.
  • Pour the cake batter into it. Tap the baking pan so that air bubbles will go out.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180C.
  • Bake the cake at 180C for 35-40 mins.
